Service Description
Bolly is an AI-powered emotional support platform providing voice and chat companions for everyday emotional challenges. Our 3 AI companions — Neha for breakup recovery, Priya for relationship advice, and Maya for family issues — are available 24/7 in Hindi and English.
Important: Bolly is NOT therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our AI companions are designed for daily emotional support and should not replace professional mental health care. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Bolly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Bolly is designed for adults seeking emotional support and is not intended for minors or children.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bolly for personal emotional support purposes only. Prohibited activities include attempting to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models, using the platform for harassment or harmful content, impersonating others, or using automated tools to access the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability

Subscriptions and Payments
Free tier: 10 minutes voice per week, 5 chat messages per day, all companions included. Pro: ₹299 per month for 20 minutes voice per week plus unlimited chat. Max: ₹599 per month for 50 minutes voice per week. Cancel anytime with no questions asked. Payments processed securely via Razorpay.
