Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
Exceptional Cases
Platform technical errors may receive account credits or service extensions on a case-by-case basis.
