Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once the subscription period begins. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. Since Bolly provides immediate access to AI emotional support companions upon payment, the service is considered delivered at the time of subscription activation.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your access to Pro or Max features will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, go to Account Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of documented platform technical errors that prevented you from using the service, we may offer account credits or service extensions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details of the issue and we will review your case within 5 business days.

Free Tier

Bolly offers a permanent free tier with 10 minutes of voice per week and 5 chat messages per day. The free tier requires no payment information and never expires. If you cancel a paid subscription, your account automatically reverts to the free tier — you never lose access to basic emotional support. This ensures everyone can access help when they need it, regardless of financial situation.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All plan changes can be managed from Account Settings in the Bolly app.
